LAKESHORE EAST UNVEILS 3 DISPLAY MODELS AT THE SHOREHAM APARTMENT BUILDING
A trio of elegantly furnished display models has been introduced at The Shoreham, the first rental building at the blossoming Lakeshore East community on the New East Side. The award-winning models are designed to reflect the fun and energetic yet comfortable urban lifestyle in a new neighborhood. Each features luxurious textured window treatments that frame floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to glass paneled balconies with magnificent views of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River, Chicagos breathtaking skyscapes and Lakeshore Easts own six-acre botanical garden. All three models received prestigious 2005 Chicagoland Apartment Association Marketing & Management excellences awards known as The CAMME Awards for their design. The Shoreham also received awards for the leasing center, brochure and direct mail program.
NNP President Robin Loewenberg Berger notes that the eclectic display models have played a major role in the rapid lease-up of The Shoreham -- 91 percent leased since opening in April -- and set the stage for a scheduled spring groundbreaking for the second rental building at Lakeshore East. The 51-story glass tower designed by Loewenberg Architects is named The Tides at Lakeshore East and will contain 607 luxury apartments, a garage with space for 388 vehicles and nearly 5,000 square feet of retail space.
